  1. Hi it's different for everyone. I'm 5'8 weight 233 wear a 16 and size large pants and shorts from the gap. Lately the 16 has been snug. Not going up a size surgery is in 2 weeks. At my smallest 209 I was a size 10-12. I can't wait to be 165!
  2. I start my pre op 10 day diet on Monday and sugar free Popsicles and sf jello are on my plan.
  3. Pre op physical tomorrow morning. Then dietician immediately after to discuss pre op diet which begins august 6. And then surgery August 16 at 7am and a 5 am check in time. Holla!! Oh and I bought isopire rtd alpine punch drinks. I cut it with a little Water and 40 grams of Protien and no carbs! 160 calories in the entire glass bottle I think it's 20 ounces. No surgar either! No aspartame either.
  4. No worries! Between that and the Maxalt sublingual migraines will be fine for me! Nothing in the way of my sleeve! Lol
  5. Hi I have my surgery in two weeks and my doc said at 3 months he has been clearing people for Advil as needed.

  7. My surgery is August 16 at 7am. I start my pre op diet on August 6. I am cooking all my favorite things tacos, apple turnovers, grapes everything!!! Is this happening to anyone else?! I see the nut tomorrow and have my pre op physical...I bet I've gained 4 pounds! I also had a cheeseburger last night! Damn
  8. Hi. Imitrex is also available sub q injectables and in generic. It's like an epi pen.
  9. Mirena. This is an IUD stays in for five years. Only one hormone progesterone.
  10. It has been so sweltering hot I can't wait to get into a bathing suit next summer! Being sleeved on August 16, 2012 7am. Anyone else want to visit swim suit land?

  12. I will have one I'm being sleeved august 16, 2012. They go in after you are under and pretty uneventful coming out.
  13. You feel the same about the rtd? Or just the powder?
  14. I did I like them watered down a bit. And frozen yummy!
  15. It's ordered to cases for 39 dollars each! I'm getting ready. Surgery date 8/16/12!

  18. My date is August 16 too! Congrats. I'm not going to pre make anything because you never no how the body will heal and what if you aren't advanced to the best stages of diet? Just me. Good luck!

  20. August 16, 2012 7am! The date I wanted!! From the seminar to surgery less than 8 weeks! Yay!
  21. It's totally the insurance company. I was approved overnight. No diets no hoops. Only surgeons hoops and they clear you through in two four hour appoinents. Hang in there folks!
  22. About the only thing I haven't done is watch a you tube video of the surgery! Have you watched? Will you watch? Feelings on the subject. I am sitting at approve...meet with surgeon on Wednesday afternoon for next available date! Cheers!
  23. I'm telling people I am having my gall bladder out to cover for the surgery at least for co workers. I have told several friends and I will eventually come clean but for now this is my comfort level. To each her own...cheers!
