  1. Yes it would be really bad. It does burn It does its job though and it's important. But don't rub it. It will be over soon
  2. It is so frustrating but I promise the weight does come off... Try not to concern yourself too much with stalls... You're still losing inches and fat even when the scale isn't moving. Hang in there!
  3. I'm ten months but I remember the recovery for me and it was rough but got better day by day. It takes a bit... You just had a major organ cut In half and stapled. Rest and walk and sip water. It will be worth it!
