Stall

I think i have hit the famous 3 week stall. I am 3 weeks out today and I have not lost anything in the past 3 days. I was losing 1 to 2 pounds everyday. Time to ignore the scale, right. Put it away for a while. I did start goin to the gym this week. Doin cardio only for right now. I guess I should take measurements and see if those move. Should have done that anyway. Guess nothing to do but hang in there and it will pass.

Thanks lessofme! I know what I need to do but its still hard and frustrating.

It is so frustrating but I promise the weight does come off... Try not to concern yourself too much with stalls... You're still losing inches and fat even when the scale isn't moving.

Hang in there!
