ICE CREAM, PLEASE HELP!

Can anyone help me out here? What ice cream is best for you if your gonna have it? I have been using the sugar free. But is frozen sorbet better, or frozen yogurt. I love my 1/4 in the evening. My only little treat:)

  • I 2nd this. It's pretty darn good. And frozen yogurt...oh Lord those places get more of my business than any other chain probably. Hopefully I'll still be able to partake, in much much smaller port

You could always make homemade and add protein powder to it...that way you control the ingredients and nutrition information. :)

I ordered some very low carb/sugar/fat free soft serve that I make at home in an ice cream maker. It's quite yummy and I don't feel guilty having it. I ordered it here:

They may actually have to down size because I'm having the sleeve, crap I didn't think about the economic turmoil from my decision.
