  1. Anyone who is struggling with the protein shakes needs to order the chicken soup flavor from unjury.com they saved me!! I was banded 7/6 and was starving after 3 days and started mixing my protein shake with soup and I'm not starving anymore! I mix them them as directed and then add them to soup and it's actually good, not just tolerable!! I've mixed with cream of chicken, tomatoe and cream of potatoe and they have all been good and again I'm not starving anymore!!
  2. I was banded 7/6 and started spotting yesterday has anyone else had this problem?
  3. I was banded 7/6 and about 3 days later I was starving no just hey I'm kinda hungry but stomach making noise starving! I am having protein shakes, broth, jello and tea! I've lost 7 lbs in 5 days. I'm glad I've lost but I don't want to be starving! Has anyone else had this problem in the first week when everything says you won't be hungry!
  4. The no gum and no straw rules are because you swallow to much air when using either one.
  5. I was banded 7/6 and my urine smells funny too, I just assumed it was all the fat that is starting to burn leaving the body! It has to go somewhere and I haven't had a BM yet!
  6. Think I am more worried about loosing 10 lbs in 2 weeks then the actual surgery. Is the 2 week diet super hard to do?
