  1. Thank you everyone I'm improving each hour
  2. I made it through the surgery today and have been home for 4 hours. With the pain meds I am comfortable except for the gas pains. I am able to get up and down on my own And have been able to lay on my side. I am hoping I can walk out side in the morning to get the gas pains to go away. Keeping the water down has been easy so far hope it stays that way.
  3. Thank you I'm excited now to get a tool that will help me physically for my weight loss journey
  4. Had pre op today and it went great my doc allowed me to have food today. I was so excited and went to sushi very yummy. Have to be at the hospital at 5 in the morning so it's gonna be an early night And morning for me and my hubby. Looking forward to being banded tomorrow.
  5. I woke up this morning with a major head ache and now my stomach is cramping and I have diarrhea (sorry if that grosses you out). I am having my surgery in two days I hope this doesnt allow me to get the surgery. Has anyone else have this happen to them right before surgery.
  6. My Surgery is this Friday and I cheated several times last week. I have lost 8 pounds and I am going to stick to the diet this week its been a rough day but I am hanging in there and trying to stay out of my house as long as I can. You can do it just check your sugar
  7. I get banded on July 6 I'm not nervous but I really hate Optifast and the pre diet. I need to refocus and get the diet done
  8. Optifast is the only shake my doctor allows
  9. Day one of my rep op diet and I don't like opti fast shakes. I also was only arable to get three in because I didn't plan well enough today. 13 more days to go I hope it goes fast.
  10. I am starting to get nervous about my upcoming banding. I start my Pre opp diet next friday. It will two weeks of Opti fast then have surgery on July 6. I am thinking if I am doing the right thing. Deep down I know I am and my hubby is being very supportive and only want me to be happy and healhy. Any one else get nervous a couple of weeks out. Samantha
