There is a big difference in Cosmetic surgery and Plastic surgery. Cosmetic surgery can be done by your DENTIST usually injectables (Botox)!! But some GP's will take these weekend courses. PLASTIC surgery is done by a surgeon that trained for at least two years in that field. So PLEASE make sure you are using a PLASTIC surgeon for any reconstructive surgery.

It has to do with your BMI. My BMI is going to be lower than others at the same weight, because I'm 5'8. I'm still obese and a candidate for the surgery. AND it's different for men than women.....

I'd go with the hernia repair!! You're probably going to have to have it anyway, so it won't be a lie....

I was self-pay and I went to Mexico....

I just made an awesome pot of Soup.< /p>
1 pound ground beef
1 clove chopped garlic
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
4 carrots, chopped
1 box of beef broth
1/2 bag of frozen corn
1/2 bag of frozen peas
1 can of tomatoes- I used Italian tomatoes
1/2 cup dry DITALINI Pasta
1/2 cup of dry Lentils
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook beef, garlic, onion and carrots together, Beef should be done and veggies are soft and tender, drain fat if needed.
Add broth, frozen veggies, tomatoes, pasta and Lentils. Cook for 30 to 45 minutes, (if you add the lentils, 10 minutes without the lentils) add salt and pepper to taste (I add my pepper when cooking my ground beef)

Don't be nervous, you'll do fine. I had my surgery in Puerto Vallarta not TJ. Everyone was extremely nice, helpful and truly concerned about your welfare. I have a youtube page and I think it's my 4th video (14 minutes long) that is my trip to Mexico. Check it out.

Have you looked into having your surgery in Mexico? That's where I went, because our insurance wouldn't pay for it. I had my surgery on September 21 and I'm down 60 lbs. If you have any questions, just let me know.

Glad you've started your journey!! I'm almost 8 weeks out. I would do it again in a heart beat...

I had my surgery on 10-21 and I still eat too fast sometimes. I take very small bites and I will put my fork down and will actually push my plate away!! I haven't thrown up lately, which is awesome!! I hate throwing up. If you do too, you will learn to slow down.....

I like what the others posted and would like to add, How selfish is he?? This is about your health. God has a plan and he's not in it!!! Lesson learned. Now take sometime to focus on you then you will find someone who loves you for you.
