  1. It's the infamous stall...it happened to me around week 6. Its been suggested this happens for a few reasons, first that the body is adjusting to your new stomach and the dramatic weight lose of the 1st 30 or so pounds. Second, that one might not be getting in all the protein and water necessary. And finally, once you start eating solid foods, the weight lose will slow down dramatically. Either way, i don't think it's because you stretched your sleeve. I would suggest you discuss this matter w/ your NUT or doctor. Stay strong and keep your eyes on the prize.
  2. I wouldnt worry...I would suggest that you just get back on track by drinking and eating the things you know are best for you & your sleeve and your body will follow suit and detox itself. After all that what vacations are about - taking a break from your everyday life.

  5. Did finish the post...as I mentioned I am southern African American and so eating & making BP's is more ritual then recipe. In my head i just know how to make them but I searched the Internet and find a recipt that's very similar to what I do...except 1.) I Cut the salt by half and replaced it with concentrated lemon juice and/or lemon wedges. Every 1TSP salt = 3 TSP's of lemon juice or 1 lemon( cut into wedges). Once I add the salt I add the lemon freely to taste. (NOTE: taste the Water because what your water taste like Is what your BP's will taste like). I use both lemon juice and lemons. 2.) I Boil them for at least three hours. 3.) I let them sit in the water for at least 1 hour. I hope you enjoy. http://www.simplyrecipes.com/recipes/boiled_peanuts/

  9. I love it too Jazzmin...the protein & coffee mix is really good. I do the same thing except I use iced decaf coffee. The caffeine was giving me heartburn.
