  1. I'm so glad you posted this - this is a great resource and I'm definitely trying the lasagna cupcakes! During my puree stage, I made a combo of egg substitute, soy chorizo (has less fat, but is still spicy and yummy), and pureed green and orange peppers in a muffin pan and had breakfast for dinner.
  2. I was sleeved on May 14 - per the dr I can start solids today. I'm a little nervous about that, so going to still stick to the softer side. Congrats to all the May sleevers on weight loss so far! I am just ending/still a little bit in a stall - It's lasted since week 2. I lost 18 pounds in the first 10 days, then nada, zip, nuttin. I'm down 2 more the past few days, for a total of 20 so far. I am glad to be 20 down, but certainly have a long way to go (299 pre-sleeve diet start, 275 surgery date, 255 today). Monday will be 4 weeks for me and I've been really strict about what I eat and when - should I be concerned at only losing 20 lbs so far? What i've read is that we can expect 10 lbs a month, but I see lots with great success these first few weeks. Just being slightly paranoid over here!
  3. I'm new to this site, so wanted to start by saying Hi to all! I had my sleeve on May 14. I started my pre-op diet in October 2011 and lost 24 pounds before surgery. SInce my surgery, I have lost another 19 pounds. I had a stall all of last week and have refused to weigh myself this week, so I'm not sure if its continuing. It has been a bit of a downer, but previous posts I've read seem to indicate that a stall at 2/3 weeks is normal, yes? Looking forward to sharing and learning a lot here!
