Your expenditure says that when you do nothing all day you burn 1900 calories, just doing nothing.
On the days you do nothing, 1200 calories is fine.
If you do deliberate exercise, whatever you burn, you need to eat.
So if you burn an extra 300 at the gym, you need to eat 1500 calories that day.
Why? Because you need to make sure your *net* calories are at 1200 everyday. 1200 - 300 (burnt at the gym) = 900 *net* calories, which will eventually cause your body to believe it's starving, so it's very important you eat back your calories burnt during deliberate exercise.

Not that I'm suggesting that the consumption of empty calories is a good idea, but according to the information I've read and what I've been told by experts there is little to no chance of significantly stretching your sleeve via carbonated beverages. The reason is that the stretchy part of your stomach, the fundus, is what is removed during the surgery.
The reason that such stretching still comes up is because it can affect the pouches for both bands and gastric bypasses because the pouches do include a higher percentage of fundus.
That said, it could impact you before your stomach is fully healed around the staple line. Additionally, your sleeve is small enough that the carbonation may cause a fair amount of discomfort, in part because it can't stretch like it would have.
But do think about this before having that drink: most sugared soda pops contain approximately 100 calories per 8 oz. If we assume that the average calorie consumption is 800 calories per day, that means that cup of soda pop is 12.5% of your normal calorie intake. Do you really want that amount of your daily calories to go to something that isn't providing nutritional benefit? And if you actually consume just one 12 oz can, you're now talking about almost 19%.
Obviously, the choice is yours. If after thinking about the impacts you decide you really do want to have some, then my recommendation is to sip it slowly and savor it as a once in a while treat. Thoroughly enjoy it, then get back on track. But better yet would be to skip it and find something else.
    Good luck!

what works for you may not work for me thats just it so dont critize me like you always do. i was informing the young lady that once i switched it up the scale moved 4lbs in 1 week.

so frustrating. i recently started back working out. turbo jam. if adjusted calories up and down protien down because in the beginning i only took in 60 grams and the weight was coming off and i was told that what your body dont use its stored as fat. i am so frustrated, but everyone keeps telling me i am looking good. i guess its just me and the stupid scale, it is evil

I KNOW PPL who followed everything like they were suppose to and are still losing very slowly. everyones body is differant. for example myself i am pear shaped and my upper body loses way before the lower half catches up. i looked at my face and neck today and they were so damn skinny, looked at the lower half and was like wow. see i did my research and i have a lot of substantal fat which is the most stubborn. a lot of ppl who loses really fast, well they are heavier on top. ie men. so yes they will lose way more faster. and the women that are heavier on top also. i am a slow loser but i have not gained any weight either. and yes it might take me 12-18 months to get to goal but guess what i will get there, maybe not in 6 months like most ppl here. but i also would like to see those ppl down the road.
