    Food Cheating

Ya I made a scrambled egg probably about 5 or 6 days after too! It was good. I actually haven't had once since though. Everyday I look at what my body tells me I want and I just remember I do not want to be fat again. So the urge passes by. I have been reading so much about people cheating and I can't figure out why they would do it. I can understand the protein cheating because that is a big WANT for all of us unless you are a vegiterian. The hard part I think now for me is I cook for the rest of the family and I have soup. But the moment passes and I am fine. Since my surgery I only cook healthy for everyone so then it is easier for a change when I can eat. So glad my family is supportive and my kids understand the why we only eat healthy food now. There is no more snacks that are not healthy or beneficial for them and that has made me very happy!

    Food Cheating

So for all the people who have had surgery... I was wondering how honest people were. Have any of you cheated and tried something you shouldn't have when you were almost 2 weeks out? I know people are starving for food if you are on a liquid/pureed diet. It's normal to want a consistency to food because your body is used to that. So has anyone cheated and chopped up something and tried to eat it?

  11. When you wake up feeling cruddy or you pass by something you really want to eat. Just remember.. somedays you have to take a minute at a time and sometimes you can do an hour at a time and think to yourself... this too shall pass. That pizza I really want is not worth me eating and being fat again. That sandwich or steak looks so good ...but I don't want to bust open my sleeve. Always think.... I chose this surgery because I wanted a healthier better me. I gave up those things to find the me that I have always wanted to be. Spread the Fabulosity and Love! We all can do it! There is no reason to turn back. We have made the decision to be skinnier, healthier, sexier.....because WE DESERVE IT! No kind of Food will make me ever GO BACK to being FAT. I want to be FABULOUS!!!
  12. Feeling great today! 1 week and 1 day out of surgery! Can't believe time has flew by already! Doctors next week! Can't wait!

Has anyone tried Peanut butter in shakes when you can have protein? I tried it today! OMG Good! And you get protein from it! It became liquid form. I added Skim milk, Ice, and Protein Vanilla Shake! Instantly GREAT!
