  2. Yum peanut butter! Have had the band 6 months & what I can & can't eat changes all the time! Try taking teeny bites until you guys work out what ur stomach can handle. If teeny bites work then maybe he got stuck because of a bigger bite?
  3. Stress is another cause for food getting stuck...just found this out & it's been my cause. If u have been blocked for over 20min then stay on liquids for 24hrs to let your tummy relax & calm down. Yes it hurts like hell, & yep probably need a holiday too ???„
