  2. where are you at in Saint Louis. Where did you have your survery at. I am in ballwin and I will be havning my surgery July11. At Des peres hospital.

  4. I start my pre opt diet on Thursday this week. We are going to the famers market on Saturday. I was wondering if i can get a snow cone while i am there.

  7. Mine just asked a few questions.After he found out I was a travel agent. All he wanted to talk about was what to do in Branson .
  8. mine says Three to four servings per day of an approved Protein supplemnt, which should provide 600-800 calories and approximately 60-80 grams of protein dailey. Replace Breakfast, lunch and dinner with one serving of an approved proten drink. You may have an additional Protein Drink in the evening. to reduce the effects of low blood sugar, it is suggested you have 4 ox of 100% fruit juice or Gatorade mixed with 4 oz of Water mindmonring, afternoon and evening as a snack inbetween your protein supplements. You may have unlimited amounts of water and other sugar-free liquies in between meals and Snacks. Drink at least 64 oz of Fluid daily to prevent dehydration. Thin broths or bouillon and bases (no vegetables or meat chuncks) No added sugar gelation, any color or flavor 100% fruit juice (apple,grape,or cranberry) diluted half and half with water sugar free drinks such as kool aid and crystal light sports drinks such as gatorade or pwerade diluted half and half with water k2 protein water no sugar added sugar free popsicles and frozen ice coffee and herbal and flavored tea hot or cold no sugar added hot apple cider artifical sweetner of choice
  9. I just got back from the Dr and he said I have a h herni and they will fix it when the do my sleeve on July 11th.

  13. I wonder why some people have to do more days than others. I have to do mine for 7days.
  14. I got approved in 7 days. It was so quick I could not belive it.
  15. My surgery is July 11th. I dont start my pre op diet till July 4th. I am driveing my husband crazy this is all I talk about. Best of luck to everyone

  18. Aspartame that is it. Yes that is all I drink now is water. I just hope I dont dislike water after my surgery.
  19. I am going to have my surgery on July 11th. I was going to start to stock up on some things. I have tried crystal light and they all seem real sweet to me. I think it is probley the aspertane. Any suggestions on this.
