I have been having a hard time quenching my thirst. So for the last 2 days I have went to the gas station and buying a cup of crushed ice. It really has helped.

5 Day Post Opt And Have A Potein Question

Ok so my instructions they gave me when I can home. Says 4 to 6 oz of protein 2 to 3 x day. Now I bought a bottle of that muscle milk. And the entire bottle only has 22 gams of protein in it. And If I just use 4 oz 3x a day I am only getting in 22 grams a day. And it says I need to have 60 a day.Am I missing something ? -

I am 3 days post op and the protein is horrible. I cant seem to get both the water and the protein in. Will i have to drink protein shakes for the rest of my life. Or are you able to get in your protein with food. -

I am 4 days post opt. I feel great, I am just amazed how every day you feel so much better. However today I seem to be a little hungry at times. I cant wait till Wednesday then I can start to eat a little more. -
When i get up to walk I have to hold my belly for support other wise it is uncomfortable. Any suggestions on what i can get to support my stomach.
