  3. So update I have been on Phentermine now for almost 3months I have 3 more months left of dr supervision and so far I have lost a total of 59 lbs 47 of them after I started taking this medication! I have completely changed my diet to mimic the one I will be on after the Lapland, it was tough at first but now it feels normal, and I know that with the help of the food suppressant it has made this transition easier! I also started working out more I'm up to 4days a week! I workout on the treadmill and do Water aerobics! Soon I will try to bump it up to 5 days and and some more strenuous workouts!! I can't wait for my surgery, seeing these results already has made me so focus and determined!! It's like my body remembers where it used to be prior to my 3 kids and excessive over eating!! I know I will never look like I did pre preg wt 9 yrs ago but I am so happy that my wt is going down I am already feeling so much better!! Sent from my iPhone
