  1. Thats why I'm going to have this done now because with my family history it's only a matter of time. Please keep me posted. Good luck to you.
  2. I am 4' 9 " so I know what your going through. It's hard for us to carry to carry the weight since we are so short. I'm looking forward to a healthy new life. At the moment I weigh 245. Yep extreme isn't it? I still do not know how I let myself go that far. Well Good luck to you.
  3. OMG you guys I 'm so happy that I'm not the only one who feels this way. The only sad thing is that I haven't even had the surgery yet. I'm tring to changed my eating habits now. It's not so bad when you have supplements but to try it alone is torture. On top of it all I should be getting ready to menstrate and I don't know about all of you but I crave all kinds of food. I hope it gets better. :faint:
  4. I hope do also. I was so worried that I called my doctor today and they said that Aetna POS requires you to go through a 3 month program with the doctor and also a nutrionist. So I hope I will have everything I need.
  5. Now I'm nervous I don't want this to set me back another 3 months. I don't have any major health issues other that my bmi is over 50 and I have sleep apnea. You would think that the doctor should know more or less what you need when you begin the program don't you think?
  6. OMG! I hope I don't have any problems getting approved, My doctor knkows my insurance and he didn't anything. I think I will give them a call.
  7. Why were you denied the first two times for? I'm only wondering because I also have Aetna POS. I am on my second month of a three month evalution and I have to go back and redo the sleep test with the c pap.
  8. Yes I know I also have Aetna POS and I can't seem to locate 2005 records I rarely go to the doctor. I think I have seen my obgyn more than I have seen my pcp. I hope everything goes well for you please keep me posted.
  9. I'm seeing Dr Kasper in Houston and was wondering if anyone else has used him?
  10. I have Atnea pos and I'm considering having the lap band. I know that my insurrance pays 80% but I don't know how much it cost. Does anyone who has had the surgery tell me what they paid with insurrance?
