  2. Is it an open surgery or laparoscopic? I hear that any abdominal surgery will hurt but everyday you will feel better

  4. Went to a seminar today, and have an initial consult scheduled for October 25th! I'm liking the surgeon I choose. He over-sews! And he has great stats as well I know my insurance has an age restriction so I had to wait but it was perfect timing. Then in early November it's my last appointment of the required 6 months of supervised dieting... I hope I get approved by UHC, that would suck so bad if I got denied lol It feels good to do something.
  5. Yay for you!! lol I can't wait to be overweight lol
  6. I think when people come on here with problems, they are just looking for some insight. At the end of the day, people end up calling their doctor/surgeon But that's why this forum exists, so we can feel comfort and maybe alleviate are own worries. Oh and I'm pre op as well and it sounds like a gallbladder problem. I hope you feel better and find out what's going on

  15. I get you 100% I get so angry at myself, thinking you messed up your body so bad, why even get surgery when it going to be surgery after surgery... And I won't be able to afford pastics and then if I do, it will take years and I will still have huge scars. Its all pointless. I hate it when I think like that But I realized I need to learn to love myself, I will never have a flawless body. Who does?!? I will be fine and after I learn to love me, others will too plus I realized battle wounds are cool! And only time will tell. And if all else fails, I'm just going to become a nun.. Lol!
