Date For Surg 12/3. Insirance Submitted Today

I have united healthcare ppo UMR. Hope all goes well with approval. The coordinator said they are usually good.

      I had my office fight and they actually approved the sleeve. So my surgery is set with approval now for 12/3. Super excited but nervous at the same time.

    Call United on Monday to make sure they have all the paperwork they need. If they do then ask if you have been approved. Call them every day following with the same two questions until you get an answer on the approval.

    So I have been told the sleeve is not a covered benefit of my freaking plan. Only bypass and lapband are. I just had lapband removed. Super depressed!!!
