  10. Easy to eat but little or no nutritional value. For example, Cheeto's is a slider
  11. Wow, curt and to the point. If u took the time to actually look at my vlog it would have answered Ur questions. My Dr has done thousands of sleeves. He uses the covidien tri-staples. He has a 0% death rate. He can work out of any hospital, not just one (I chose the MAR surgery center for my operation). Most of these Drs are excellent, u just have to do Ur research and go with who u feel the most comfortable with.

  19. "About 70% of people undergoing bariatric surgery can lose half of their excess weight and keep that weight off for 10 years. Although 70% is not perfect, it should be compared to the 2-3% of people who can have success by any other means available, showing that operation is the only viable option for most patients." 2-3% without surgery.

  21. I have a vlog. Just don't type in your name. Like mine is "shesstrangelynormal" and if u vlog u don't have to"tag"urs if u don't want to. A tag is a word that, when others type it in search, pulls up different videos. For instance I tag mine as follows : + shesstrangelynormal +wls + weight + loss + surgery +vsg + vertical + sleeve + gastrectomy U don't have to do that if u don't want to
  22. No one said this ago I thought I would. Statistically only 3% of obese patients will maintain weight loss. Sure we can lose the weight , but maintain it? Only 3 of every 100 will.
