    This sounds encouraging! I have sleep apnea and my VSG surgery date is in a couple of weeks. I am hoping the weight loss will help me put the C-PAP machine back in the box it came in!

    I am in Mississippi and will have my surgery on May 7. Just started the pre-op diet and everything is going well so far!
