Sooooo...its day 4 of pre op liquid fantastic diet. .. its not totally bad..but what doesnt help is my family walking up to my face chewing cookies obnoxiously lol...I feel like its going to get soo much easier with time, and now i kind of realize i can do the whole thing ..i was having serious doubts about a week ago. Its just been going so fast..i went to my first dr. meeting to talk about the lap band a little over a month or two ago and im having surgery in 9 freakin days!!!..Still in between excited or nervous...worried that it wont work for me just like every other weight loss program for the past 9 years ....heres hoping something will finally work for me ~xoxo Melanie~

I am currently on my 4th day of liquid diet...my doctor recommended not to drink ensure...I have probably tried 10 different shakes but i didnt like any...the one i like best is carnation instant breakfast ( she recommended those) also to get more protein in day i bought special k water flavors with protein.
