Well it's been forever since I've been on here and just was going to give a little update. Things are going great!! I'm down right around 65lbs now and I posted a few new pics. Will try to do better checking in.

I just had my 5 month check up yesterday and I'm down 50 lbs now. I've gone from a 24 to an 18 pants. My surgery was May 11th and I'm tickled pink. I think I'm pretty close to being in the green zone and very excited. Just wanted to brag about my band!! Your doing great!!! And keep it up!!!

What's even better than those is tvp textured veggie Protein. You can get this at the health food stores.
