I just want to say you look really good. Can I ask you something? Did you have to have any surgeries to remove excess skin around the middle? Im afraid I will have to. It is hard for me to believe that everything will tone up without that kind of surgery.

You are truly an inspiration to me. You look great.

Also I forgot to mention congrats on your weight loss.

If you dont mind me asking, what weight were you at before surgury and what weight are you now. Im trying to picture me in yr's time. I am at 250 size 26.

How long did it take you to get this size? Did you have to have any surgeries like a tummy tuck like some people do?

Did you know that as of February 1, 2012 certain insurances DO NOT require the 6 month diet before surgeries? I have Blue Cross Blue Shield and they wavied that requirement. So I am just waiting for my approval and then schedual my surgery.
