I just want to say you look really good. Can I ask you something? Did you have to have any surgeries to remove excess skin around the middle? Im afraid I will have to. It is hard for me to believe that everything will tone up without that kind of surgery.

    I have lost 80 lbs I am not looking forward to have surgery but I may have to. Right now I am trying excise and spanks. LOL.
