Dumping Causes
I have felt the sweats, and nausea when I took a bite of my husbands DQ burger...I do not want to do that again..it had to have been the high fat or the carbs...either way, not a great feeling. But I'm ok to have experienced that cuz now I know not to do it again..learned my lesson real quick! Lol BTW, the ill feeling was gone within 15 min or so. keepin it real

Oh no, that sounds like no support at all. Shame on ur wife (no disrespect meant). When I had my surgery, my husband wouldn't eat anything around me, I'd even have to tell him to go ahead and eat and that I was ok. He was and 2 1/2 mo out he still is super considerate when we eat. keepin it real- Having Second Thoughts :(

I stalled at about 3 wks out. That stall lasted about 2 wks then I lost 2 lbs. Then I stalled again for another 2 wks and then lost another 3 lbs....Stalls are extremely frustrating, but during my stalls I too noticed inches lost. I'm hoping the scale will start moving tho. keepin it real- One-Derland

I, by no means, meant to be 'negative' or rude. I simply agreed that maybe she shouldn't waste her time reading what she doesnt find interesting. I think we are all entitled to our own opinion, and thank goodness for this forum where we can discuss anything with fellow VSG ppl. keepin it real - Is This A Problem For Anyone Else?
