TWO POUNDS AWAY FROM ONDERLAND!!!!! I fully intend on hitting that by Friday. So, there's going to be some tough love this week. NO SUGAR, LOW CARB, HIGH PROTEIN AND STAYING ON TOP OF MY WATER INTAKE. let's do this:)

Watching "Addicted To Food" on TV and I can't stop the tears:( what did I do to myself???? why did I allow myself to abuse my body with food?

Weekend was way too short)= This week challenge: ONLY EAT FROM HOME!! I have a feeling I am eating a little more fat/calories than I wish because of ordering lunch at work. So today, I am cooking my meal for the week in the proper lowfat cooking techniques; that way no heavy cream, fat or sugar get pass by me(=

went and saw the surgeon today. Wounds site are looking great. first support group meeting in a month. Psych nurse suggested some great books for me to read. She wants me to call or email her any concerns or melt downs lol!! lost roughly 9lbs. So the whole reason I did this is back in focus!!!!

What a great weekend! got my exercise time in first thing this morning! getting ready for church was an adventure, because most dresses don't fit lol!! to top it of most friends that saw me last week couldn't stop talking about how smaller I looked from the last time they saw me:) Great weekend:)

Who lost another lb?! MEEEEE!!!!
