LOST 17 LBS!!!! Biggest lost ever in one month:) Will not weigh myself again until November, for I am sure my body is going to protest this and go in a MAJOR stall lol!! so no point in me going insane and weighing myself for a while. P.S 11 lbs to my first goal

Watching "Addicted To Food" on TV and I can't stop the tears:( what did I do to myself???? why did I allow myself to abuse my body with food?

Hitting the gym first thing in the morning!!!!! I most be crazy, I am actually happy about it lol!!!!

Bought a new dress today!!! Size 2X (JLO Collction at Kohls) I looove the way it fits me and the fact THAT I FIT IN IT LOL!!!! pictures are in my 4 months album:)

I opened an account today. I named it "The Plastic Fund" In two years I should/will lose the 102 lbs(and then some) that I still need to lose to be at my goal. And I will save just enough to get the BL/BA/TT that I am soooo going to need. I want to feel and look good!! That will make this journey feel complete. And give me a new lease on life.

Super long week ahead!! Going away with the hubby tonight and wont be back till tomorrow night. I am looking forward to that! He knows how to make me laugh and I need that right now. This is going to completely kill my strict eating plan but oh well lol!! I wish you all a great weekend ( KISSES)

At a stall STILL!!! ( DEEP DEEP BREATH ) This is really no fun but whatever, not much I can do it about. So gotta move on!! Got to wear my new dress today size 2X!! I loved the attention:)

It's official!!! I AN GOING THROUGH A STALL LOL!!! I have read enough comments on this natural phase of my journey, and feel pretty calm at this point. I just hope it does not last toooo long, or I might not be so upbeat about it.

I had a lazy/lousy day just plain old tired!! Did not go to the gym and barely got my water/protein in. I slept and watched TV most of the time. Gonna have to do better tomorrow...

Got a nice tip from a fellow gym member: on days when I am going to exercise, I have to increase my caloric intake so my body does not shut down me!
