Ask not what your sleeve can do for you, but what can you do for your sleeve!!! The holidays are here! cookies, gift baskets, office parties,or as I called them, extra calories, extra carbs, extra fat ladies and gents! Don't leave it up to your sleeve to do all the work. Protect your self: keep regular meal times, stack up on bulky proteins and stay hydrated( your kidneys will love you for it). Do not skip meals or stay hungry.Think ahead and stay focus y'al!!
