I am in charge of my body. I am in charge of my food intake. I made the decision to have surgery. What my friends are eating, what my husband chose to eat, is not my problem. It does and should not affect the commitment that I made. I am done feeling sorry and making excuses. I can not continue to play victim anymore. I am in charge and in control. Every decision, every food choices must be to better my life. I can not and will not blame any one else for MY weaknesses.
