  1. I got a hold of my doctor last night. He told me usually it happens to some females, but not all since we are different. I am feeling a lil better today. I am staying hydrated and at least drinking a protein drink.
  2. I live in Kuwait and I have been wanting to do this since I got here in 2008. My soon to be husband wanted me to do this for the right reason. This is for me and only me. To feel good about myself and enjoy wearing cute clothes. I recently got banded less then a month ago. I am full of engery and motivated to work out at least 2 times a day. This descision have changed mine and soon to be husbands life style. Living life with no regrets!
  3. I got banded on the 12th of April 2012 so this is the first time in years since I have been off my cycle. So far it's been rough. Feeling sick to my stomach not being able to hold stuff down. Feeling drained or like the life has been sucked out of me. Has anyone have problems with "girl week" since they got banded? Is this going to be a constant problem or a phase? I'm just ready to crawl back in bed, but my day is just staring in the sandbox.
  4. Phazyme worked really well for me. I was banded on the 12th of April 2012.
  5. They have whey protein unflavored at GNC. That might help.
  6. Well it's been almost week since I got banded. Still a little sore, but I am managing as the days go by. I know have a full button sound other say they experienced the "mating call of a pterodactyl" or that's what's my co workers call it. Will this pass?? Or will I always have this sound?? My boyfriend thinks it a cute little sound, but as for me I find it a little annoying especially when I am in public.
