Almost A Week

Well it's been almost week since I got banded. Still a little sore, but I am managing as the days go by. I know have a full button sound other say they experienced the "mating call of a pterodactyl" or that's what's my co workers call it. Will this pass?? Or will I always have this sound?? My boyfriend thinks it a cute little sound, but as for me I find it a little annoying especially when I am in public.
