Ok quick true story , after all pre op requirements were met ,no small task, about a week before surgery date I was getting nervous , wifey's negativity ,my fear ,pride and lots of other neg. emotions were getting the best of me. I sat down in my kitchen with my two therapists Ben and jerry to have a pint of chubby hubby and sort this out.Chair breaks,kinda explodes,in a second I'm on my back like a turtle on his shell , splinters in my back and ice cream everywhere.Pretty clear sign to follow through with surgery.That was 12/7/11 I am down 131 lbs and the only regret is not doing this sooner. Sorry, I would have answered sooner but I was ehem....BUSY...yeah defiantly more attention .

Evrybody has got that special friend A-ss , if you doin you threatens her that's on her not you. This surgery is about change and that can mean friends too,sounds harsh , but let's look for the blessing , maybe more time with positive people who support your success !

No this surgery messed up my life, my clothes don't fit and I gotta go to Macy's to replace them because nothing fits me at casual male anymore ,wifey won't keep her hands off me, I have no excuse to sit it out and watch others play with my kids, my piggy bank keeps filling up from all the money I'm saving on dr visits and prescription copays, I got hate mail from Wendy and Ronald McDonald( seems they miss me),some folks don't recognize me,I don't know what to do with all this extra energy, and to top it off some dude at the gym had the nerve to ask me if I ran competitively,yeah change is tough!!!

I was not warned either, 2nd day post op in strolls this Demon disguised as a dr. Informs me she is gonna remove it. Let's just say her bedside manner is lacking, I was very anxious,she not so reassuring(something like "buck up dude".She wrapped part around her hand put the other on my belly and yanked it very firmly and deliberately (like she hated me),well it came out probably eaiser than she thought it would,the guts end snapped back and hit her in the face ;Really . Buck up doc just a little blood and guts,And btw if you need a nurse to help clean that just push this button and wait about an hour ,sooner or later someone with an attitude as crappy as yours will be glad to help!

The gold balls are the way to go. They come in all sizes and only take a couple min to do. They stick to plat also and cannot be seen with ring on.They can be changed to diff sizes easily , my guy Jimmy DaJewler did mine for nuttin'

BA Vitamins were getting me sick about 3 months out. I have been taking nature plus adult chewable apple cinnamon without problems and blood work is great. They are big so I split them about 10 hours apart, I can't chew them I just let them dissolve in my mouth,side effect=something sweet and good for me and mouth busy. I don't want to sound like an advertisement but I don't miss my vitamins ever!
