  1. Now that makes alot of sense... Thank u no more microwaved leftover roast beef anymore!! And that's why I didn't make myself throw up I read somewhere that vomiting causes band slippage????
  2. Was not dry the same exact meat and was with gravy. When I had it Sunday I ate a little bit to make sure I could tolerAte and then it was fine but last night it almost killed me!!! That is what confuses me it that less than 2 days a totally different results!!
  3. I was trying my best to hold out because before it always has gone down eventually but last nite it was not happening!! In the future I will make myself throw up instead of being miserable for 30 minutes
  4. I mAde sure to chew good but after last night I can add roast beef to my list not to eat EVER!!! Along with grilled pork chops..
  5. On Sunday I cooked roast beef ( slow cooked with gravy), I ate a few pieces no problem. However last nite after Zumba I fixed a plate and ate a few pieces.. Slowly. Immediately, it was stuck!!! I have had the stuck feelings a few times before but this time was the worst!!! I felt like I couldn't breathe and it was so much slime!! I was miserable!! After about 30 minutes of the worse thing ever I vomited twice and felt immediate relief... How can something go down two days ago and kill me later??? So confused!!!
  6. I didn't notice and thought everyone was crazy until I saw these two pictures together. 2 month difference and I can finally see some progress
  7. Well mine was on for 33 days straight ( not heavy just spotting) sorry tmi... But I have the depo and am not supposed to have a period!! Ughhhh!!! So frustrated!! Spoke with my primary dr and he blames the lap band... Lap band dr says ain't no way he is the cause!!! So here u sit everyday... Spotting!!!
  8. Just had my first fill today And felt nothing!! Had my b/p up for no reason!! No need to stress it feels like a tb skin test!! Only bad part is back on liquids for 2 days!! Down 24 lbs since surgery 4/29.... Getting my Sexy back!!!!

  11. I have found that if eating fish or chicken I just some low fat Italian dressing and it makes it juicy and tastes great... Never been stuck!! Keeping fingers crossed!!

  14. Thanx b52 for the excellent advice
  15. Thanx everyone... I am feeling much better. Still a Lil diarrhea but no more vomiting. I have went back to liquids only. My only concern was not damaging my band but like I said I only threw up greasy stuff no food and it happened 5 hours after I ate. I know now that this is a real lifestyle change and I'm committed to a healthy life. Thanx again for all the advice and I realize I have to change my habits and way of thinking
