rodswife got a reaction from Lauranbob Mc in 2 Part Nsv Maybe Tmi For Some
So tonight I was taking a bath and I realized that I fit in the tub a whole lot better. My hips are not stuck up against the sides as much and the Water actually flows behind me. BUT more importantly, when I looked in the mirror afterwards, I could actually see my girl parts for the first time in 3 years. Lolol

I use the amplified now also but I break it up twice a day. It's the best I have tasted so far along with the low carb slim fast.

@Rodswife thanks for the advise I did not know that creatin was added to Protein Drinks. I will be sure to look for it as I check around for different flavors. At this time I plan on using Unjury.< /p>

I use a GNC product. It is the Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 in vanilla flavor. It taste pretty good and u can get 60g of Protein with one shake. I drink my shake for Breakfast and keeps me worry free from wondering if I had enough Protein during my day. Try it.

Surgery was 4/2 and I've lost 25lbs so far. I'm working out about an hour a day but starting this week, 3 days a week will be a 2 hour workout because I'm starting Water aerobics as well. I'm very happy with myself. I've been working hard.

Ask your doctor. I think this varies from person to person. I came home from the hospital with the tablet form of Vicodin and have been able to swallow whatever pills I need to (including some of my vitamins). Good luck!

I tried Unjury before my surgery and I liked the product. They have an unflavored one that works well with everything.

my hubby was in the Army and got deployed when our son was 3 weeks old. I felt soooo horrible! I must have looked a sight, cause I was crying so much that snot was running down my face. I was so thankful that they waited to deploy him until after I had the baby....which they didnt have to do, they were going to deploy him when I was 8 months pregnant but our son was supposed to be downs and so the Chaplin stepped in and got his deployment delayed. thank god our son was not downs, and his deployment seemed like forever at the time, but then it was over before I knew it......wow that was over 12 years ago now! he has been out for 11 years now, thank goodness! military family was wonderful to us, but you are constantly affraid that they are going to send them out
I am so sorry that he had to go....make sure to keep that military family close to help you get through this time! Good luck!!! dont forget that there is a ton of support on here for you too!

I know how you feel. 2 weeks after my surgery, my husband left for a month for wlc. Once he gets back, he will be back for a few weeks and will have to leave again for a few more months for Bnoc and then he deploys to Afghanistan. You are not alone. I'm here if you ever need a shoulder. I can completely relate to what you are going through.

I know how you feel, my first 30 pounds lost I couldn't fit in smaller clothes and I was pretty frustrated. Then over the past few weeks I have lost 10 pounds and dropped 2 pants sizes. You will be there soon, but I totally get your frustration!

Try a sugar free Popsicle. It's not a cure but it's something in your mouth. I feel your pain. I have 6 kids and a husband that are constantly eating. I didn't cook for the first 2 weeks After surgery and had to stay in another room. Not practical when you have small children but my husband was home with me for 2 weeks. Now at almost 5 weeks out, it's much easier because I've had time to make peace with it. In the end, I'm going to look fabulous. At least that's what I keep telling myself.

You know..I saw the puree food stage as simply too much effort and never had anything pureed. I just kept finding different soft foods that were healthy. Maybe I'm just a guy

salty crackers coulud be a trigger food, so be careful. Put the tuna on a slice of cucumber. Crackers get really liquidy when going down and may trigger you to eat more. they have carbs.. be careful

Love it! My boss( who is a guy) tells me every few days how awesome I'm looking. It's such motivation for me. He knows what I had done. I lost a llot of weight prior to surgery, so people were already noticing. I love when people are NOT afraid to say ' wow you've lost wright, you look great!' music to my ears

Saw a friend today that I haven't seen since before my surgery and when she saw me, she was excited because she could see my weight loss a lot she said. It made me smile from ear to eat. I'm down 22lbs. Tomorrow I will be one month out.
