Help! Need Pureed Food Ideas!

I'm having a hard time thinking of food that would be good pureed. Also my doctor said I could have soft cheese because most people want to be able to bite/chew something, what are some soft cheeses that taste good?

  • You know..I saw the puree food stage as simply too much effort and never had anything pureed. I just kept finding different soft foods that were healthy. Maybe I'm just a guy

HI! In my early weeks I would take soups and puree those down to next to nothing. It will allow you to have some of the flavors that will keep pureed foods interesting.

Try the Laughing Cow cheeses. They are soft and come in several different flavors. You can also put a string cheese in the microwave and melt it. I like that too. :)
