I would definitely wait till you are healed up!! I use Palmers coco butter oil and something called Sexy Belly from a website called Carols Daughter.

Anyone have good suggestions about tightening up loose tummy skin?!?! I'm not sure what direction to go!! HELP!!!

I just make my shakes with Water. And ice. Sometimes sugar free Torani syrups & sf creamer. The Click definitely has to have creamer!!

So I was invited over a friend's house for Thanksgiving and decided to make Eggy's pumpkin Protein Muffins with Ricotta Cheesecake filling. In short, they were the star of the table! Everyone else at the meal, all non-ops, couldn't stop raving about them and demanded the recipe! I must say, they are rich, sweet, and thoroughly satisfying. One word of caution though, if you follow Eggy's recipe and only have a muffin tin for regular size muffins, you will end up with only 4 or 5 muffins because she uses a mini-muffin tin (dang those must be the size of a quarter or something!) Since it was for a party I just tripled the recipe for a dozen muffins and it worked perfect.[/quote']

Oh MY god. Just got my Click Vanilla Latte Espresso Protein in the mail. Frantically ripped it open like a crack addict with a pipe. Whipped out my blender. Mouthgasm!!!!! I'm in heaven.

I know I was 233 and 5 foot! 100 lbs is hard and I'm so happy with my decision.

How can't you? Not being mean but what are your issues??

I loved cooking after my surgery just as much as I did before! Maybe even more. I used a lot of WW recipes and WLS websites that have yummy recipes that way we are both eating healthy and I'm not double cooking!

Surgery date was 9/12 started off @ 242' date=' after 2week liquid diet date of surgery was 222... I'm only 5ft-1/2in... Have lost a few lbs since but had complications such as dehydration & was just back in the hospital on this past Wed & stayed over night - plus my left side incursion had major pain - a lil better now... Take'n all this one day @ a time...
