  1. I am really worried about my 10 year old! I feel her weight is a big issue! She is now 120 pounds and under 5 feet! I need to help her get this under control but not sure how to go about it, I don't have a lot of money so I can't hire her a personal trainer! I know that once I am able to go to the gym again I will be dragging her along to walk on the treadmill with me!!! But until the would love to do something!!!! Any advice

  3. I was told 6 weeks before any serious exercise, pool, treadmill! Walking only before that!

  6. My doc today put me on a heavy duty acid blocker

I went to the doctor today, he said leave off the band aids ( I was blistering from them) then in the morning he said to take a gauze and put hydrogen peroxide on it and dab the stitch are, then let air dry! He also said I could put neosporine around where the band aids hurt my skin, then to repeat at night
  8. I need some suggestions on what to take for the acid reflux! I tried Pepcid complete 24 hour, but it didn't work 24 hours, I ended up having to take a second pill
  9. Oh man! This sucks! So tell me is it Over the counter stuff you buy (the solution and antibiotic cream)! I'm having trouble with the band aids even the latex free stuff is blistering my skin

  11. Ok came home waited 14 days, got my stitches out! 4 of my stitches are healing great! However I am really having trouble with 2 of them! They are moist and don't want to dry up and heal! They seperated a little! The doc said if they do any more to come back! The stitches I'm having trouble with is the one under my bra! And the one on my left side at waist where you do all your bending! I'm a little worried about it! Has anyone else had this problem
  12. I have really struggled with anything sweet! Especially the protein drinks which to me are sickly sweet

  14. Have you tried the book Fireproof your marriage! It takes alot of work on your behalf, and a lot of belief in God! However it can truly make you happy! Even though he doesn't want to participate in counseling do something for you!
  15. Ok here's what I do and it is so nummy! chicken Greek yogurt Light Mayo Yellow mustard Hot sauce just a couple Salt Pepper Dill pickles finely chopped Celery finely chopped Onions finely chopped You can also do the same for Tuna! Plus if you want, my daughter likes a sprinkle of cheese on it!

  17. No it's pain in my elbow and wrist! It goes away with a heating pad! And it's not consistant! I started powder vitamins in my protein and it is getting a little more tolerable!

  19. Has any one had joint pain in arms since surgery! This is the second time in my left arm, and it keeps me from sleeping
  20. I was told no treadmills for 4 to 6 weeks! But I walk a little everyday! What ever my energy level lets me do! Some days are better then others
