    I started eating almonds at 5 weeks post op.

    I am obsessed with my 100 calorie pack dry roasted almonds. They are the right calories and the right amount! I have my Protein shake for Breakfast, then a bit later my beloved almonds.

    This has replaced sweets in my life. It's my go to snack!
