  1. Your not kidding! Reflux is horrible! I was on dexilant but it was 192 a month and I couldn't afford to continue it! So I am in OTC 300 mg Zantac one in morning and one at night! It helps, but if I forget I know it

  4. No I don't think you over reacted! But your anger should be directed at the person that spilled the beans! The other lady just was wishing you luck it sounds like! However maybe the lady is not a nice person! But I surely wouldn't tell the bean spiller anything again
  5. I do wonton wrappers! Place a little in a cook wrapper and eat
  6. It does get better! But what really helps me, when I start feeling that way, I get out go to the river or lake the sound of the water is very calming! And taking a drive to the water is awesome! I also will fish or take a walk! It takes a lot to do some days! But when you make your self get out you feel less stressed!

  8. I've heard that scar away works pretty good! Haven't tried any myself though! I have scars from my Gallbladder and sleeve! But it's been years since my gallbladder and you can hardly see them, I hope my sleeve scars do the same

  12. Ok so today on a very long road trip I splurged! I had a Cheese Burger without a bun just plain with some pickles, and 2 onion rings! I am so full! I just needed something besides chicken!
  13. Can mix with protein powders, yogurts all kinds of things, just make sure they are Sugar Free
  14. It's a slider food, so should be limited to occasion! And depends on how far out you are, you need to be careful of the kernels
  15. There is tons of sites out there! A lot of us use world according to eggface! She has some great insite and recipes! Some of them I altered to my liking! I use wonton wrappers with some of my food! It's great when you need a crunch! I also makes own cheese crackers! My biggest advise to you is to get your 3 meals a day in, snacks if needed, exercise, exercise, exercise, and try to get all your protein and water in however you can!

  20. I still watch protein and I do notice if I don't get enough I lose hair the next day! However of I take my vitamins and get my protein I don't really notice it

  22. Go to Walmart they make these ankle supports that slide on like socks their wonderful
