  16. HI everyone. Groupon has a good Escali scale on sale for 29$, regular 80$. It is supposed to measure body fat, Water weight and overall weight. It measures up to 440 lbs also. Just FYI if you are looking for a scale. I got it and can't wait to get it. Sent from my iPad using VST
  17. I was just about to post that I chewed up my first Vitamin from Bariatric Advantage and threw up within 30 seconds! I have to call my doctor tomorrow. Sent from my iPad using VST
  18. Mine was two weeks liquid, including full ones. Then one week each of purée, soft, the add regular foods one at a time. I am two weeks out and already did cali roll, Cereal, and quiche. That is cheating some I know but I was fine. Everything else has been liquids or Popsicles. It is weird though that the bluebell SF sickles are too strong in flavor so I got some of the cheap old fashion ones in plastic tubes and they are great! Sent from my iPad using VST
  19. Thanks everyone, I think I'll try Mederma first. Sent from my iPad using VST
  20. Hi everyone. I am wondering if anyone has used scar creams and what he or she thinks about them? I have three previous scars from having my gallbladder out plus five more from the sleeve. I look like I was stabbed, lol. Sent from my iPad using VST
  21. OTRsleever, thanks for pointing that out about the collagen protein. I'm going to ask my NUT about it next week. Does anyone suggest another non-filling form to get protein? I'm concentrating on water but have been trying protein things also. I can't wait to eat real food.
