  4. Best of luck on your sleeve journey!!! I'll keep that in mind, I want to try and stop drinking while I am eating and work on going slower......while I eat
  5. I will and thank you so much, good luck, I wish you the best on your surgery!!!
  6. Thanks so much for comments, made my day. I am on a 24 hour non fat diet and a 12 fast after that for my big 4 hour appt at the bariatric unit! Super excited. I feel a little blah bc I am so used to eating lots of protien and all i can have is toast popsicles boiled potatos or vegies and fruit.
  7. Ok so I am in the begining process of getting sleeved, and I am changing everything now before I actually have the surgery. I drink 70-100 oz of water a day, I am taking the vitamins and trying to eat protien first (obviously I can eat that plus the starch and veg and dessert....I am trying at least) and I am trying to excercise and try new foods. I am just so impatient all I have done is maintained the last 4 months which yes is better than gaining but I am just starting to get a little down that this process is sooooo slllllooooowwww to actually get to my surgery date. I would love some encouragement please I don't have too much support at home right now....
  8. Good luck hun, rest up and relax tomorrow is the start to the rest of your life! Btw good job on not watching the scale, no need to stress out before the surgery. I know when I get to the week before I am having my hubby hide mine so I won't be worried about losing or not losing. Non scale victory you now don't have to worry about insurance company nonsense and all the appointments!
  9. omg congrats! hope all went well
  10. I am so happy you are focused and dedicated, I can understand your frusteration with the having to gain back weight and pretty much cheat. Just think soon you'll be getting your band and you can really rock it then! Best of Luck!
  11. Hey just think of it this way you save a few other people at that doctors office from getting sick and being put through that misery you went thru. Your appointment will come soon just focus on the prep for surgery and your new life after, get into an excercise routine, start drinking the 64 + oz of water, start a new hobby do something productive because you won't be doing to much while recovering. Get those last things in you want to do, hope your luck is better toward your next appointment dear
  12. OMG Thank You everyone for the wonderful support, I posted this last night thinking no one is going to read this or care! Happy surprise to get this morning!!!! I have added everyone to my friends list who said they want to get and have support!!!!! I don't feel like I will be alone in this now! You all are wonderful people and I am grateful for the support!!!!!
  13. I am just beginning my journey and have been feeling like no one really gets what I'm going through at home. My fiancé is extremely supportive but it's hard for him to really get what I'm going thru. I've been overweight my whole life and was picked on more like harassed my whole life he's always been a athlete and always under two hundred pounds. I just need a band buddy who can hold me accountable or just to lean on each other for support. Thanks!
  14. I would love some support I am still in the begininng stages of my journey but I am trying to get a jump start on the eatin habits and excercisng but I feel like no one supports my choices at home. They say they do the do the opposite of what they say I want to keep motivated and excited but it's really hard.
