  11. Wait till you lose weight & your co- workers & family start trying to "feed" you because you are thinner than them! All the heavy people you know will be so negative. I've lost 70lbs & in sharing that a co -worker said " I cheated ". I went OFF!
  12. I really can't believe the judgmental tone of many of these posts. We are all on individual journeys with different mindsets & nutritional needs. We are only offering up what has worked for us. The smug, superior replies about "shudder" I would never touch a Protein bar with more than x calories, x grams of protein or x carbs are not helping that person that is in a difficult place. Obviously, none of us are nutrition experts or we wouldn't have needed a sleeve. Many people have psychological & emotional issues regarding their eating. Let's try to be more supportive & accepting of our differences. It's not just this thread, but a prevelant problem within this community.
  13. If you will look under my name, you will find a post that says, "three week stall ugh"! I am at four months post op & have lost 69lbs! I have had two stalls. Just keep doing what your Dr told you!
  14. Sorry, been on vacation. Gelatin & collagen are both proteins. The biotin you put under your tongue I got at my health food store.
  15. You are going to lose hair regardless. Biotin, taken sub q and get your protein is key to minimizing it. Good Luck!
  16. I got the recipe from the web. 3 cups Greek yogurt, 1 large pkg sugar-free vanilla pudding, 1 tsp vanilla extract. You can add extra Splenda to taste. I tripled this for my 2 qt Krups.
  17. Shoe lover, I have some 16s, especially capris. Give me your address.
  18. I am getting into a 12... I can't wear 16s at all. 14s are getting too big. I can send you a check or PayPal you money.
  19. You could add chicken unjury to any of these and reduce the salt to pump up the protein.
  20. I made homemade ice cream tonight with it! It was great!
  21. It's too hot to eat soup right now in Texas. I have been making protein smoothies & Popsicles.
  22. In the beginning, yes, but now I don't ( 3 months post op)
  23. The nose spray is a prescription: nascobal. It works wonders.
  24. You should try adding some chicken flavored unjury powder once the temp is below 130 degrees. I made a hearty veggie with lots of kale, onions, tomatoes, carrots cabbage, etc. I seasoned it with Mrs Dash & it was delicious. Good Luck.
