Hi congrats when you read this you will be groggy and recovering. Lol i am just under 1 week post op and down 25,pounds ( 10 preop) tye first night was ruff but walk asap and amap. Just sleep when you can and relax as much as you can. Everyday i get a step back tov100% recovery but skinnier. Anyway good luck happy sedation dreams and keep updating

I'm having surgery on Tuesday and I'm feeling nervous too.. Lol I guess being nervous is normal, I'm not thinking about what I won't be able to eat instead im thinking of how I will be able to control how much of what I eat. Good luck to you on Monday

I was 330 lbs a month ago before surgery. I had my surgery 4 weeks ago and I'm now down to 285. Sounds like you are in a similar boat. Everyone gets scared before surgery. Hi, guy! I'm right behind you with a surgery date of 3/28! I started the Kaiser Options program last November at 337 lbs and am now at 281. I'm setting a weight goal at around 210 (I'm 6'5"). I don't know about you but these last few days pre op are pretty tense. I just want to get it behind me at this point but I am looking forward to the journey and a new "normal" me. My surgery is also 3/26. I am excited and nervous. This forum is wonderful. It's nice to hear other people's success stories.
