Hi everyone! My date is April 4!!! I have been on my pre op diet 7 days and have already lost 11 pounds so I'm super psyched! My secretary even told me at work today "you've lost weight, I can see it in your face"! Must be these dang ole shakes I'm forced to drink for 2 weeks!! Lol I started at 5'8 262 lbs.1 week later I'm now 251 lbs! Makes it much easier to finish this last pre-op week of shakes!! Good luck everyone!

I have to drink 5 Better MD shakes. They are high Protein prescription shakes ordered by my dr. I can also have 1 cup of raw vegetables a day and all the crystal light, sugar free Jello, and sugar free Popsicles I want!

Hey guys!! I'm being sleeved on April 4! I am on day 7 of my liquid diet. I have been doing pretty good, have lost 11 pounds in 7 days! However, I have been "cheating" a bit eating dry air popped popcorn! I'm do excited everyone! I look forward to following all of you on this journey!!! Oh btw I'm in Michigan!
