Had surgery 6-13-12, lost 65 lbs in the first 6 months, now nothing! I had gained 8 lbs! I have 2.25 cc, my dr doesn't give me much of a fill, got an apt on Friday hoping for another fill, any suggestions?

I could not find any Protein shakes that I liked! I forced my self into drinking them, until I found the Protein shots! It's just a bottle of protein, they are a little more expensive but well worth it, here's what they look like you can get them a Walmart or any drug store! Hope this helps!

She told me liquids for today then regular Tom, oh I already know about mr stuck and mrs slime! Lol I had all that before I got any fills! I lost 73 lbs before any fills, I'm ten months post, thanks for the info thou I'm really just not that hungry so I'm hoping this fill will work for me, I haven't lost any in 2 months, I actually gained 5 lbs!

I think I'm just beating myself up to much, I had band with plication in June 2012, I've lost 70 lbs without any fills, I lost most of that within the first 4-5 months, now I'm not losing like I was but I was getting to where I could eat just about anything I wanted just not a lot of it, I never gained any, just slowed down on the weight loss, mainly I think if I could get more exercise in I wouldn't need any fills, so I think I'm gonna try more exercise to see if that will help me instead of getting another fill.

She didn't really say, but I did call and ask and they told me liquid for 24 hours then soft for 24 hours, thanks I should have called before I posted!

I tried to get up with her, I'd go to ER but all roads are bad, it's been icing all day, I've been pushing against my stomach while decorating a cake up against by counter top, It's been tingling, it's just freaking me out!

Thanks guys! It's not so bad but I do hit it a lot bumping into counters! It's pretty sharp and after eating it sticks out even more it's like something out of a syfi movie!

I was the second plication that my dr had done, and the first success one with that much weight loss without any fills, so I want to see how much I can lose without any fills, so I feel a little pressure on trying to prove to my dr that I can do this and for her to show others that it can be done!

Well, I thought I'd post some before/after pics (although I'm not really an "after" yet)! I had lapband with plication on May 29 and I'm down 40 lbs. I don't feel like I look different, but the pics help show the change. I encourage everyone to take a "before" pic...I almost didn't do it, but I'm gladi did! Lol.

Yeah mine too! It felt like something was stuck in my throat, due to all the swelling from the tube, warm salt Water will help!
