Your doctor didn't give you post fill instructions?

You'll find a wide variety of responses because every surgeon seems to handle them differently.

Mine has me do liquids the first 24 hours, then soft food for a day, then gradually back to real food

What did your Dr Say? All docs have their own protocol. Most docs want you on liquids for 48 hours and then you're back to your normal diet.

I think they forget to tell people. My doc hasn't told me what to eat since my first fill. In fact, I asked him on my 6th fill and he just said "nah, just don't eat a big steak or anything like that".

My surgeon has us on 2 days clear, and 2 days full liquids after fills. So, as you can see, they all are different.
