  1. My surgery is 11/6 as well, great question I was wondering about that too
  2. congrats, mmy insurance is the same way but my DR did not make me do supervised visits. Basically it took a month from the time I had my appt and got approved from the insurance and had a surgery date. But congrats and I hope you have your sugery date soon!

  5. Try shocking your body again and do fluids only, sometimes going all the way back to the begining brings on a new perspective.

  7. You need to amp up your protein your taking in too many carbs. Are you getting in your 60 grams of protein? It doesn't seem like you are
  8. I agree, I haven't been sleeved yet my date is 11/6 but it seems as if you need to amp up your protien. baked fish or baked chicken I be you notice a difference.

  13. I'm with BCBS of IL and I needed a letter from my Primary Care and an explanation of all of the attempts that I made to loose the weight. It took me less than a month from the seminar to receiving approval from the Insurance company

  21. I agree it's all on how you feel and the way your clothes fit. We focus so much on the number we forget that it's just a number and not who we are

  23. Wow these are some good suggestions...I am due to be sleeved on 11/6, I have to do a liquid fast a week before. Would you suggest doing this after the surgery or before?
