Your good, you will eat some things that you are not supposed to but if you don't indulge, it shouldn't matter, if you do fall off in the future, I say eat smaller portions

I'm 12 days out and protein does not sit well on my stomach, I have tried the muscle milk, the powders and nothing is working.

I have my surgery date set for feb. 28, but I'm née outs because my blood sugar has been up, will they still do the surgery?

That's so good you guys, I go in to sign my consents on the 18th and then I will get my surgery date. I'm ready Bc I just recently start having sugar diabetes issues and I am ready to start being more healthier
