Sliming..or Throwing Up..?!?
It's either you ate to fast or a little to much. I'm sure we all exprience it, I know I have. I just take my time and chew, chew, chew and chew some more. once you feel that full feeling which won't take long stop wait 30 mins and drink.

Two Month And 10 Days Out....
That is so good to hear my love...I had an awesome Thanksgiving as well. Couldn't eat but a few bites and was satisfied, I also think that my not being able to eat slowed everyone else down and made them a little bit more conscience of how much they should eat. I am definitely having an effect on my family in a good way

How Much Weight Loss?
I agree everyone is different. Don't concentrate on the weight loss but concentrate on getting your protein and fluids in. And whatever you do walk, walk, and walk some more.

Flavored Water
Dr Morales says the reason that water hurts is because it goes down really fast and your healing. So he suggested G2 for me and it has worked out really well

19Days Post-Op And Stalled
I think the puree stage is the hardest because you struggle to get in your protein. Everything that you puree and mainly carbs it seems. So once you hit phase 3 I believe you will start seeing a difference so just hang in there!

Calling November 5 Through 9 Sleevers !
Hi everyone, I am doing a hundred times better. I have my second follow up appt today since my last follow up appt I had to have another procedure to remove a stent. Since then I feel fabulous! I am on soft foods which is crazy, I have a list of things I can eat but they suck! So I have been kind of modifying the list as long as my sleeve doesn't say what in the heck are you doing! Instead of eating the greek yogurt straight (Which taste HORRIBLE) I use it as sour cream on my very soft mashed potato. I can't tolerate eggs at all so those are off my list and as far as soups I am concentrating on the ones that are very high in protein. I am doing SF jello and SF pudding and peanut butter (The creamy version of course) So if anyone else have any good soft food ideas let me know!

Chest Pain?
I had this issue after surgery, but it was because my Dr did not see my hernia. But he had to go back in and all's fine. I am no longer having the chest pain, are you still having the pain?

Remember To Chew And Eat Slow
I concur, just found that out myself. I am on soft foods so I was trying to eat 1 egg, which by the way I found out was to much for my obviously. I thought I ate it slow and well enough but I was unable to finish it and had that sit in the chest feeeling for the longest. Not a good feeling at all, need more pratice at this most definitely

Newly Sleeved 10/26
No that's not normal, it gets better from here I promise. I was just sleeved and with Dr. Morales you automatically do a two night inpatient stay in case any problems arise. I believe each Dr does it differently unfortunately. Sorry you had such a hard expirence. I wish you luck!

Surgery In The Morning
Good luck! Trust me you won't regret it! I am a week post op and I had a few complications. Not due to the sleeve but other complications that was found because I was sleeved. I feel blessed and I am so happy to be on this journey. You are all in my prayers!

Calling November 5 Through 9 Sleevers !
I hope all of my sleevers are doing well. I was officially sleeved on 11/6. The surgery went flawless but had to go back under the knife due to a hernia. Couldn't even swallow air the first couple of days, was just released from the hospital this past Sat. If I had to do it all over again I would in a heart beat. No regrets! I hope everyone is concentration on their protein and moving around as much as possible you are all in my prayers!
