  3. Hello I'm also 5'3 (sometimes 5'4 ....I also hope to get to that 140-125 range scared to death of going under....thanks for starting this thread... I'm getting it done march 30th.....it's so far and yet so close Good luck to all of us....it's not easy living on a society that values skinny----but has friggin fattening food at every corner....we are attacked with food non stop...so unless you're one of Those that can eat whatever they want and not gain weight....I guess you need the help of the Band! I'm scared....but excited!!!! Will be telling everyone how focused I am and that when I put my mind to something....I can get it done!!! Hehehehe

  7. The shake I got from GNC...it's the whey protein shake.... Here is the list of what I'm afraid of: Afraid of having a foreign object in my body and turning into a cyborg Afraid of being cut open... Afraid of it not working Afraid of not being able to eat my favorite foods (does anyone know how this effects eating sushi:) Why I'm doing it anyways: Because I'm tired of fighting with food and myself Because I want to be able to move freely again Because being skinny is equated with success in our society Because I feel like a failure on every diet Because I need to succeed in this and increase my confidence (back to where it was when I was 130pounds)...there was no stopping me:) Because I want to wear beautiful clothes! And wear a tankini while running on the beach:) What's your list? Ecause
  8. Hi Saz I finally went yesterday and bought a protein shake mix...trying to get ready for the liquid diet...not bad at all...I bought vanilla and mixed it with skim milk, tsp of coffee and 5 ice cubes! Tastes like a coffee ice cream (my favorite)! Good luck on your op!!! I almost hyperventilate just thinking about it
